What about shipping?

All domestic prints are shipped flat and packaged very well to protect the print. Lustre paper prints ship at a very reasonable price. Standard shipping (domestic) starts at $5.99 and takes 3-7 days based on your location.

I can’t find my favorite Ken Wiele image in the gallery. Can I still order a print?

Yes! If there is a Ken Wiele image you are interested in but don’t see in the art store, please don’t hesitate to email me at kwiele@me.com. I will be happy to arrange custom orders.

What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges?

I strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout the store website. So I have to insist that sales are final. Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping. Please just contact me at kwiele@me.com, and I will make arrangements for you to return the print for a replacement.
